Old Masters has four stain products in the fifteen colors that dry at different speeds. You can be done in a day by using the Fast Dry product and clearing with Quick Dry varnish or Lacquer. Or if long working time is critical because of the size of the work to be done the Wiping Stain may be the best followed by a selected clear finish. What ever the project, professional advice is essential to get the job done right.
Watco provides another option for your wood. When you want a natural look with out a clear finish this product is easy and beautiful. While not a good choice around water contact it works great on dressers or furniture.
